More Spring Break Fun

Kayla earned her silly bands!  This has to be the most exciting thing that happened last week.  Kayla is such an energetic child, that she often forgets to go to the bathroom until it is too late.  So we decided a bribe was in order.   If she kept her panties completely dry for 5 days and she would get silly bands. . . which are the new rave among kids (never thought I would have a preschooler aged child so interested in the latest fad).  Well, the bribe worked - she got her silly bands. We went to Walgreens (Kayla even knew what store to buy them from) and she got two packs of Silly Bands!  Woo-hoo!  Good job Kayla.

To finish off Spring Break, we went to Carowinds.  It is so funny to watch the differences in my children. . .

My son was scared of all the rides and the kids show. This is the only ride we were able to get him on and he was so happy when it was over. . .

Who needs to go on a ride when you've got mommy to cling onto . . .

Our next big trip is to Disneyworld, based on Luke's reactions to Carowinds, I am thinking it might be a very long trip. . .

This week is back to our regular routine.  Trying to get some spring cleaning and organizing done.  Hunter cleaned our carpets and they look so much better.  And our big project, decorating the master bedroom, is almost completed - next blog will probably contain pics of the room.
