Christmas!

For Christmas Eve, we had a rauclette dinner - which was really fun.  It's like having a 3-course fondue all at one time.  Kayla gathered some of the leftover's for Santa's plate - we were all keeping our fingers crossed that Santa or his reindeer liked peppers and mushrooms. 

Our Christmas Eve tradition of giving books was a nice end to the evening.
 

Right before Kayla went to bed, we "tracked" Santa online and found out he would be coming soon - so she bounded up the stairs and into bed and went right to sleep to make sure Santa would come to Grammy's house.

Christmas morning was so fun for the kiddos. Especially when Kayla opened up her drum - because she knew for sure that she made it on the nice list (of course!!). 

She got a ton of other fun things, but was a little bummed when there was nothing else to open.  Luke liked his baby laptop the best - but he also had tons of fun playing with all of the wrapping and stealing Kayla's gifts.
