For Christmas we went to Grammy and Papa's house in MD where Kayla's wish came true - there was snow!
Unfortunately, it was a little crunchy and we don't own the proper winter gear so they didn't last long. . especially Luke. . . he started crying minutess after letting him play in the snow. So, I brought Luke back in the house and took of his wet sweat pants and shoes. A couple minutes later, he went running back outside; the elmo-like snowman Kayla had just made had peppermint eyes. . . he ran out and put the peppermint candy in his mouth and was happy as can be despite his toes and bare legs being freezing cold.
