This year we went to Hendersonville, NC's Granpas Apples. It was a really fun place with a pumpkin patch . . .
an apple orchard . . .
and a corn maze. . . .
A couple weeks later we went to Mooresville, NC's Lazy 5 Farm with some out-of-town friends.
Instead of picking pumpkins, we catapulted them . . .
we played in corn. . .
we fed lots of animals. . . some cute - some a little scary . . .
and played on the playground. . .
What a fun day with friends!!
And of course the other reason we love October is because it is Hunter's birthday. . .
and HALLOWEEN!!!!
