Between having a newborn to take care of, preparing for and enjoying the holidays, re-organizing our house to get us on the right foot for 2012, and having the stomach flu plague our house in January . . .there hasn't been much time to blog. So here is one of my infamous catch-up blogs. .
First of all, look how big Lauren is . . .she is almost three months old now and she is 12lbs+. . . she is doing really well. Her reflux is starting to subside and the happy baby we had at the beginning is back . . . she is so cute and such a wonderful addition to our family. Here she is in her favorite spot . . .the swing! Hope she continues to like it. . .as it gives me a nice break too . . .
Here she is a month ago at Christmas time. . .
We had a wonderful Christmas. We spent it here with my parents, my sister, and her husband. We had lots of delicious food and Christmas Day was quite the marathon as we started the day opening presents and ended the day opening presents. . .
Last year, I started the tradition of taking Kayla to the Nutcracker. Here she is meeting one of her favorite performers and showing off the matching ornament.
